Hey there, welcome! When did you purchase the game? I’ll refer you to a recent comment by one of the Community Managers:
Hi, bought the game in 18 dic 2022, at 9:38 CET. That day i waited 3 hours and could use the market and write in global. Since today not possible anymore to write in chat 
the message seems to indicate that BOTH 3 hours played and 72 hours have passed, so you’ll likely have to wait until Dec 21 for the 72 hour requirement

Yeah I’m stupid. I could write yesterday so i thought something was wrong. But seems u are right, thanks for your time
