  • Character Name: Absolian
  • Issue that occurred: lost my house after the update. (100% NOT duo property tax.)
  • Time and Date: 9:20 AM (CET)
  • World/Server: EU, (Apis)
  • Location where issue occurred: everfall. (big red house behind syndicate faction npc)
  • Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue: im not sure.

extra details:

  • when try to enter the house says “purchase this house” (even my first house discount gone)
  • all the furniture i had in my house was sent to my storage in everfall.
  • recall to my house is gone.
  • property tax was duo to 3 more days. (i always check every morning when i login)
  • property tax in everfall is 23.6% and it was only 350 gold. (got 3300g on me)

i invest 7.5k gold on that house, and lots more on trade skill to fill up my house.

well ppl lost their house 14 days ago and still havent got it bck they dont seem to care

care or not, better report it now, while i remember the details.
hope it will help them pin point the issue as well as refund or fix can come later on for all i care, as long as its being worked on.

such massive impact bug has too mig of impact.

first house discount price- gone
first house discount tax- gone
gold- gone
standing tokens went on property tax. wasteful tokens- gone

no way they will let it slide.
its far too big
if not refund for house, then sort it out by grand us same house we used to have.

same. 3 of my house are gone. A long with trophies and storage chests. that’s not of gold

sure feel like it, but lets keep bump see if they will give us a clear answer.
there is mega thread with over 100 reports of it, issue start to build up with more and more players.

" * Fixed an issue causing players to lose houses they owned in Cutlass Keys."

cutless keys fix is nice.
but not a word about what happend in patch 1.0.2 and my house was in everfall.

bumping this aswell, I want my gold back aswell! Amazon pushed my server forward for 3 weeks and taxed me unnecessary, stealing all my gold!

not sure but there’s a chance you get 2k gold refund if it happen to you in small window when you got the house and when house skip happen.

its all broken and dumb, but yeah, a small chance you might get refund.

my issue is from back at 1.0.2 ; n;) so i dont get anything as far as i know

That 2k should be rewarded to all housing players for letting us wait several weeks before its fixed.

My three houses are located in high taxed towns. I reported the bug ingame, I need some dev to look into the database, see how much gold was taken from me, and give me that exact amount back. Its a simple process.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause a player to lose their house while offline during maintenance. In a future update, we will be reimbursing the players who encountered this issue. Exact details around the reimbursement will be in the corresponding update notes.

hope its include players from 1.0.2 patch too.
