1 Hour & 15 minute abandonment penalty after Outpost Rush

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I experienced a complete Crash to Desktop after trying to go into Outpost rush. After reconnecting, I was able to queue up and get into one just fine. However upon exiting outpost rush I was hit with a roughly 1 Hour and 15 minute abandonment penalty for “leaving mid match”. I played through this match entirely.

After my hour was up, I queued again and completed another round. I saw the score screen, got my rewards and hit continue.
Again I had a 1 Hour and 15 minute abandonment penalty. In both cases I was queuing with a group, and none of them had this issue
I suspect that my earlier CTD had something to do with this. I have tried relogging as well as fully closing the game and re-opening.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I have to wait over an hour to queue up for another outpost rush.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: N/A

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I am not totally certain, but maybe crash when loading outpost rush?

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I finished a losing game of outpost rush, went to join a group of 4 company members and when we Queued, It said we could not join for 1 hour and 10 min.
    It turned out being me, I had not afked or left a game. I had just finished a losing game.

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Tlalocan
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Leaver Penalty after game ends (did not leave early or use leave outpost rush on menu screen)
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Received 1 hour queue penalty, this has happened EVERYTIME I COMPLETLY finish an outpost rush.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, after waiting out the penalty and participating TO COMPLETION in another outpost rush. I am hit with YET another ban. :frowning:

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: 1st outpost rush we had a number of people who’s game just froze and siconnected when logged back in a few of us got kicked out of the game therefore getting 1 hour ban, after the 1 hour ban I queued up again and played till we finish with no afking and no disconnections and got the rewards. I still got the 1 hour ban after that.
