Near a month and no solution. All new content, new event and alot of ppl from Devaloka can’t play. 950 ppl on queue every single day.
The merge of 3 serves was a bad idea. Now, from 4pm to 2 am theres a queue +1h. Impossible to play.
And I want to remmember, we paid for that game to play. Not to stay in queue. We deserve attention from AGS and need a solution.

I’m sorry about the issue you’re having, I’m glad that the server got the slots increased, this is a great resolution for the main issue, as well I understand that in some cases like yours there well be some instances were you will need to wait a little, clearly the waiting time should be way less than what it was before.

Was only 250 slots… its not a solution… I was out for few days… But nothing change.
So sad. Im really tired with that situation and play the game in another server is impossible couz will be 200ms+…
I really close to give up.

They will add new servers and allow transfer most likely. Latest trend is the reversal. They previousely merged servers so that players can have better experience. Now that they do have better experience a lot of people are coming back and hence queues. It will be resolved. They already raised cap in EU to 2200 from 2000 (on Sunday). So they’re working on it.

New Server not the solution. I dont will leave 1,4k hours of play and start again. So sad. Music event was fail for me couz I can´t play the game. And will be the same with the new update.
This was peak performance. Let’s see how we split tomorrow. With no free transfers, it’s gonna be a delicate issue.
