The only time I use roads is when I need to move something and I’m out of azoth. So nice little change I guess.

Add a 2 minutes combat timer that refreshes everytime you take or deal damage (player vs player, mobs dont count) and just make it so the movement speed bonus doesnt work during combat.
Also 10% isnt gonna make me wanna walk from town to town anyway, its too little, i’d rather just run an outpost rush for azoth (which gives me gold too) and teleport.

Open PvP is pointless except PvP quests which they also add in new types of. Besides the fact that getting away / retreating is a viable tactic in open world pvp, what makes you think that AGS should care about the very small group of open world pvp players in particular?
I actually would love to see dedicated PvP servers though.
Just give us Mounts ffs. As well as get rid of the encumbrance cost when it comes to Azoth cost to travel.
