cant for the life of me fix this issue, Fullscreen, windowed, 1080p, 1440p, Very high settings, Low settings its all the same 100% usage and the GPU locks in at 900MHz. The fact I’m using a laptop shouldn’t mean I need to suffer 45-60 fps. I cant recreate any of the issues in any stress tests there needs to be some fixes released soon.

Have you tried locking your Frames ingame? I have mine set on 30 FPS (its not a shooter so why would I need more FPS)
That helps A LOT with GPU Usage.
Additionally changing your Power & Sleep Settings, can help if set to Beste performance:

Hi, I have tried doing that and set the performance in the settings and that, When locked in at 30 the game just between 40-80 % load, halving my fps to 15-20 every couple of minutes.
The game straight up doesn’t want to cooperate with me at all.
This sounds like a very specific problem with your system… maybe write a Support Ticket to New World, probably they know logs from their game that you can send them for diagnostics.
to fix this issue you need to go into Nvidia control panel and set your monitor to 60htz, and then go into the game and set the FPS to 60. which only will give you a cap of 30FPS. no other way around this issue unless you switch to a TV that is locked at 60htz. im learning this the long way. the issue is the game and incorrect coding despite what amazon says
