Apparently it is a bug, same thing happened to me and now I’m down $20 with no transfer. I contacted support and they said there will be a fix for it soon (which hopefully means I can just buy a transfer with my marks, or get a refund).

It should just be $14.99 USD (or whatever currency you use). I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team through the website if you did pay the marks of fortune and the $14.99. However, I’ll forward this bug in general to the team and move this thread into the bug reporting section; I believe the team is aware of it and working on the fix.

is there any update for server transfer region cooldown?
Region transfer cooldowns are now 72 hours, I believe.
