2 critical flaws that are ruining PvP experience

This game has two critical flaws that are ruining pvp experience

  • Outpost rush imbalanced teams. The game does a very poor job of balancing teams. Sometimes we have like 12 vs 18 teams at the start. It leads to extremely unbalanced and frustrating games, like imagine a competitive game of football where one team has 7 players and the other has 11. The game needs a balancing script that will look to distribute players evenly and maybe do some rebalancing (switch players between the teams) especially in the timeframe before the match starts.

  • Faction balance on most servers is very poor. The game has too much incentive for top pvp players to join one faction and capture largest towns to make lots of money, and too small of an incentive to make them want to fight each other. And when those top players capture largest towns they get backed up by such a large income that basically catching up is almost impossible for the rest of the server. And on top of that the defensive wars have a big advantage over offense, so it is actually impossible to beat them in the towns they want to keep.

It is really unfortunate. This game had a lot of potential, I think the economy aspect was very well done, and gathering crafting system was nice. But at the end of the day pvp is what matters and the current oligarhy system when a small bunch of people get progressively richer needed to go a long time ago. It creates unfairness and toxic behavior at both sides of the spectrum and leads to a lot of people leaving the game. Pay2win is why people quit a lot of mmo games and the way this game is set up is not much better, probably even worse. And the OR balance bug is inexcusable, should have been fixed months ago.
