Many servers have guilds with over 100 active players, and in addition to having an absurd and silly limit of only 100 players per company, it is also convenient to create multiple companies to have different siege windows and thus be able to manage many territories. This often causes a huge problem in many servers, also due to the fact that there is no kind of balance between the factions (just look at the many mono-colored servers, where most of the regions are controlled by the same guild that has multiple companies.
2 simple rules would be enough to avoid this and certainly better balance everything:
- At least x people in a war have to be from the governing company
- Switching companies should have at least 1 week cooldown
No more problems with shell companies.
Furthermore, if you increase the absurd limit of only 100 players per company, you avoid having a thousand shell companies even more
