I currently have 2 level 60 accounts that I actively play on in US East on 1 steam account. My understanding is it will only be one transfer token per account. For the sake of this topic, we’ll call one account my ‘Alt’ and one my ‘Main’ account. I have a dilemma because of this. Both my Main and my alt account have a lot of playtime & 600+ wm, so I value them both. The issue I am having is - my guild on my main accounts server is transferring to a server that shares the same worldset as my alt account. It seems like I’ll have to transfer one account into the other and delete whichever I don’t decide to keep. I would like to have a second transfer token to be able to still have both accounts as I have put a fair amount of time into both in order to enjoy the most content possible. I think this is kind of a unique situation that was overlooked in the decision to give out multiple transfer tokens. I’m not really sure where to post this but I would like a response from the team to see if there is any chance I do not have to delete one account.

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re having, it’s a pretty particular situation the one you’re facing, regarding your request, sadly we don’t have the possibility to provide any extra transfer tokens.
I apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you but is something that is completely out of our reach!

I sincerely hope that you and the AGS team consider creating availability for those who are affected by this issue. A small percentage of the community who ended up spending time on two characters (due to server’s decline in player base) within the same server group (i.e. US East) will inevitably run into these issues regarding server merges dictated through decision of the AGS team and our own will choosing servers.
Please consider creating availability of tokens per character as this would alleviate issues surrounding characters being stuck on same server groups and requiring to delete possibly hundreds if not thousands of hours of progress for some people.
(PS. POSSIBLY EVEN CREATE AVAILABLITY FOR SERVER SWAP TOKENS TO BE PURCHASED THROUGH ITEM SHOP

What is the logic, people have been waiting months for new tokens. Finally enabled, and we can’t even bring our main account to our new main server. @Luxendra @Kay @ShadowFax
