if you have 2 weapons with roots, the roots and slows get cut in half on all abilities.

What does that do about frostbite. It also doesn’t really solve the problem of getting hit with multiple roots.
I like this idea alot actually. It isn’t a fix for overall ccs in the game, but at least it would punish light s&s users who don’t know how to play the game besides using 1 shot combos in meme OPR builds. For example you know the current strongest 1 shot sword/bb combo in the game? If this was implemented they would only be able to get 1 shot into you max after a leaping strike → bash → blast shot combo.
