It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had a Ping greater than 300 after the patch, I looked in support and I realized that it happens to many, and after 1 week and a little more of reporting, I’m a little angry to only receive a response “turn off the option Vsync” (which I have disabled since I started the game) and it is the only response that is repeated in all the high Ping report posts.
This post is an attempt to attract attention, to get them to review and not only repeat the “protocol”, keep in mind that there are 2 weeks with the problem, half a month and nothing is even mentioned about it, while the moderators they only repeat to us that we turn off the Vsync and use a wired keyboard and mouse.
We need a fix to the problem, because many players have already made it clear that we are not the problem, we did not change configurations, we did not do anything, the ping appeared suddenly after the patch.
