200 weaponsmith need help please

Hello!

Im an 200 WS crafter, some days ago I craft an legendary rapier for my guild mate with 595-600 GS.

Here are my set up:
With full WS armorer + earring, 3x mayor WS trophies active and 15% WS food active (with no town buff active).

I used the same set up when crafted that legendary rapier for my guildmate with this buffs and no town buff.

Today I was gonna try craft myself an legedary great sword and I have all buffs up (not town buff) and all legendary materials asmodeum, grittering ebony, golden scarab and runic leather.
But now I have 590-600 GS with all the 45% WS buff I got active.

Please help, what am I missing or is it a bug?

you need town buff for 595-600

The town buff will raise the bottom end from 590 to 595.

how much is the town buff, 5%?

It raises the lower end of the range by +5 gs. With the town buff, the lowest gear score you could roll would be 595. The town buff is pretty much a necessity at increasing your odds of rolling a 600.
