The problem here is your privileged view. Some people save up for games because they donât have expendable income like yourself. To them it may be a game they had saved up for to play over the course of several months. When you bought NW, did you only expect there to be 200 hours of content?
238 hours of Gaming for 40 Dollars⌠Its a nice deal. Quit and go, its your time.
Didnt read it allâŚbut I know you wouldnt type it all if you werent passionate about the game. I am enjoying the game and I feel like you did as well since you have so many hours in the game. I am still keeping my fingers crossed but I am also losing hope at this point. Hopefully we will all be here one day discussing the ingame events instead of the bugs in the game.
casual is me, I think. I play 1-3 hours every other day for the most part. Im only level 28 right now. I think casuals are more apt to just be exploring and not really crafting or leveling. I spend alot of time trying to climb mountains and stuff lol
hence the name

You donât see the irony in your statement when you presume that I am privileged, but then imply that you expect more than 200 hours of gameplay for ÂŁ35.
Iâm not presuming youâre privileged, Iâm telling you that you are privileged. You not realizing that makes it even more obvious. Yes, I do expect more than 200 hours of gameplay from an MMORPG and you should too!
Doesnât make any sense, itâs not like the game ends after 200 hours. One guy realised after 200 hours he doesnât like it, welcome to every mmo ever.
thx!
Given the >10,000 hours I got from Everquest, yes Iâd say I expect more than 200 hours of entertainment from any MMORPG.
Hello friends, how are u? I read in the news that the game gets bugged every day, dupes, auction⌠Really ? =D
imagine paying 16 cents per hour to play a game. playing that game for over 200 hours and then demanding a refund because you donât like the game
bcoz game if totally bugged and this is totally not a game after 30 lvl, wake up
That comes out to 17 cents per hour.
Thatâs a really good deal honestly in terms of playtime per unit cost.
Iâve paid $79.99 for other games that I completed to 100% in under 100 hours.
I donât think it is fair to compare service with food.
Imagine you subscribed, prepaid for 6 months, to a new tv online service, they promised you 200+ shows with regular updates, new blockbusters every week. But within 6 weeks they did not provide you with what was promised, they kept it on 150 shows. No new content was added, they eventually stopped providing services due to servers malfunctions for a couple of days every two weeks. Then reduced amount of available shows to 100, due to contractorsâ problems, copyright issues.
Then you have a thought - thatâs not what I paid for and decide to cancel sub, refund. And some guy says to you: you know, youâve been a subscriber for 6 weeks, pretty sure you liked 99% of the content, youâre not in a position to demand a refund.
Thereâs some problems with that logic, donât you think?
Look people.
He was patient for a FULL month!!!
Give this obviously extremely clever and patient individual his refund ffs
i hear you, man. after level 30 this is totally not a game and I am the one that should wake up.
You got defrauded. Welcome to Amazon. I bought the game in good faith and missed the refund date because the refund date was arbitrarily changed from 30 days to whatever arbitrary date they set. It was way inside 30 days so welcome to Amazon. If you want a solution donât buy Amazon or simply donât buy American. No one can tell you what you must and must not buy and your future purchasing choices are entirely up to you.
You know I was right there with you at first a few weeks ago when people kept complaining and wanting refunds after multiple hours. But after I thought about it more I am on their side.
What we were buying was a MMO that works. Which this game just isnât, it might take 200-300 hours to see that it doesnât work, or their might be bug after bug after bug crop up week after week like we have seen. The facts are we were advertised a working MMO, this is not a working MMO.
The blanket 2 hours that steam has is just a cop out. There are plenty of games that you can complete under 2 hours and then get refunded for. There are plenty of games, like a MMO where it takes 100s of hours to realize that what you purchased is NOT what was advertised.
This whole you got X amount of hours out of it for $40 means you got your moneys worth⌠No no it doesnât I was expecting 1000s of hours and an actual functioning game.
