This is about 10 times the amount of time (enjoyment/playtime) a triple A game gives you for 60-70 bucks. Yet this guy is demanding a refund. ROFL…*facepalm(

If 70% of people leave the game no matter why if it is bugs or just not fun to them, this will change something.

The respawn rates are absolutely insane. There are many instances where you are 5 levels higher than the mobs but cannot survive because they keep respawning and aggro from half way across the building.
If you think this was by design, you are mistaken.

I mean. He isn’t wrong. He listed off some legitimate issues, particularly storage. Storage right now is a literal joke and should be tripled, bare minimum.

Yeah the game has a lot of problems. I don’t even recommend the game for everyone unless they are very casual cause some of the issues take a lot of the fun away.
But titles like these can’t be taken seriously lmao

Not only me has that problem, I play not alone and the same problem on other PC, but mb rly my server is totally absorbed all the bugs, depriving all the rest of them =D

lets leave all the make believe in your post aside: if you have a modern game that lasts you 238 hours, then that is absolutely unbelievable and noone would refund you for that.

You payed about 4-5 bucks per hour of enjoyment, you can’t even go on an 8 minute ride, play a game of laser tag, go golfing, do a lap or two on a go cart track, take a taxi or eat lunch for that amount. I’d call that money well spent, kinda entitled to be asking for a refund. That’s like me ordering 6 plates of food, complimenting the chef the whole time till I get the bill and say “that was trash I’m not paying, I ate it because I was being forced to not because I enjoyed it”.
What, you mean you never demand a refund to a 5-course dinner because the cookie with the coffee after desert wasn’t to your liking? 
They usually pay me to eat the cookie, how dare they even think to ask me to compensate them for my meal.

You all realize an MMO should definitely not just deliver 50 hours of enjoyment because it cost $50. or even 200 hours. An MMO should be built on the ideology that its consumers are going to treat it like a long term hobby. Most MMO players put thousands of hours into their character/journey. Anyone here whos played WoW, has met at least a handful of players that played that game for YEARS. Like 10+ years.
It’s not crazy to think that in a game like this, it may take more than a few hours to fully explore it and experience it’s issues.
And then stack that on top of the fact that maybe you did enjoy the game early on, so that one bug you found was whatever. Then another bug came along, ehhh its just launch issues. Oof a third bug, well I’m sure they’ll fix it, probably just an oversight.
Then it just starts to fuckin wear on you as you find more and more and more issues with the game, and you’re left feeling like the wool was pulled over your eyes.
At that point I find it may be quite reasonable to want a refund or some kind of compensation.
I don’t know about all of you, but I definitely bought into this game first to try it out, and then after I met that 50 hour threshold, I was in it with the mindset that ‘I’m probably gonna play this game for months if not years.’
But then all the garbage kept piling on.
So I’m here in the same boat. I may not ask for a refund, but I still will defend the fact that this shit should not be playing out this way, and they definitely should have had no right charging for this game as it currently stands.
At the very least it should have been released as an ‘Early Access’ title. At least then they could sweep it all under that rug.

Are any of you paying monthly for this game? $50 for 200+hours of gameplay is a fucking steal. You got your money’s worth, no one cares anymore.
