Hello, When my friend acces the game , the 23h suspension has transformed in a PERMANENT BAN . I am not hacking or scripting or more PERMANENTLY BAN reasons . Can you guys help me with a feedback about this issues ?

You’ll need to raise a ticket on the Amazon games Customer services website. Don’t know the address sorry but Google will.

But maybe your friend hacking or scripting.
