24h cooldown on Arena?

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Nysa EU

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I got a 24h cooldown everytime I finish one Arena match.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug I guess

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It is annoying

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I had to restart the game after every match to be able to participate to another one.

  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Just get into an Arena match until you win or lose, and try to re-enter. There’ll be no more button for matchmaking but just a 24h cooldown

  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone): Yesterday arround 19h-20h UTC + 1

You can queue for OPR, cancel the queue then queue for Arena again and it’ll work.

It’s a ridiculously dumb bug and I don’t understand how they didn’t see it before deployment.
