Not surprised this didn’t hit many top priorities, but I really do think the opacity of CS is doing damage.
Stop adding player progression mechanic that is awful in design only to promote future cash shop content.
Dont implement a new progression system via a patch (vs expansion) without new content.
Search TP by newest listings.
Implement a few basic MMO features that are sorely missing and then pour on the content.
Ban the same botters i see every day since release.

Fishing,. it needs to be more rewarding and worth the time other than to get fish filets and fish oil. The treasure chests with ore and gems are worthless, you can get them from mining. Make it worth the time to level up fishing.
Current build:
Raise gold received from everything by double and keep cost the same or in reverse drop cost of everything in half, and triple storage capacity.
After December/2022 update:
Remove Gypsum crafting cost, do all above, and keep expertise/watermark leveling the same pop chances as they are now instead of nerfing them.
I just want the systems that already exist in the game to actually work.

Well, to be honest, the one thing I would like is a place in the forums, perhaps a category, which could be entirely devoted to positive community chat such as: interesting places players have found, screenshots of beautiful vistas or their carefully crafted costumes, funny stories about experiences players have had, tips and tricks, and emergent gameplay ideas players have come up with. I’m enjoying this game and would like to learn more about stuff that others are enjoying.

Get better dev team and try to salvage/save this game.

Imo, first of all, decide what they want the game to be. What’s its main feature.
Like people go to gw2 because of its world chained events and world bosses. And it’s world Vs world PvP.
They go to ESO because of the well written quests and its lore.
They go to FFXIV for its focus on story, anime like world, and raids.
They go to BDO for its character creation, complex system, battlesystem and grinding.
But NW? What about the game is its main feature? Why do people come to play? For a while it was because it’s one of the only new MMOs backed by a bug company with the funds to do it.
But that’s not enough on its own. The game needs to decide what its strong points are going to be, to draw in more people.
