250 Int milestone adds 30% duration to DoTs. Fire staff’s burns last 6 seconds. They gain 1.8 seconds. The game does not add 1.8 seconds, it only adds 1 effective second to the burn duration, meaning you get 1 extra burn tick since you cannot get 1.8 extra burn ticks. This intellect milestone is really only useful for long duration DoTs. It’s literally better for non-mages than actual mages.
