3 star hot spots activity rates

I am almost level 200 now in fishing. There are two things that bother me.

  1. The Ultimate Fishing Trophy. Is it a myth? None knows anything about it.

  2. The fishing hot spots. With higher fishing level you get more 3star hot spots. But there are some spots that are rarely active (you have to wait for 1h+) and some that are almost always active. I don’t know if this is a bug, but I caught 10 legendary fish and 20+ chests in less than an hour. Is that normal? Seems fishy. There is so little we know about fishing and I only want to use bait bugs to get better fish!
