+30% Gathering Luck bonus while flagged?

You don’t seem to know the definition of “force.” They are trying to persuade. So what?

What will happen is a few PvE folks will get ganked twelve times trying to mine iron, and nobody will ever flag again. Nothing is going to change except briefly.

The reasons that folks don’t flag in majority will make themselves known and that will be the end of it.

Holy crap, then you either flag and wear battle gear, or stay unflagged without the gear.

No one is saying you have to do both. And if you assume you have to, that is a self imposed standard.

there is still no point in open world pvp. You are not proving anything to anyone. People even performing pvp factional tasks rarely fight each other because they need tokens, resources, and not unnecessary trouble. The game needs a full-fledged pvp with a unitary approach - for the duration of the match, players should be given a loadout (immediately put on things, drag the prepared preset of attributes in advance), equalize all HP to 10K, prohibit any consumables (health potions, resistance to a specific type of damage, increased damage of their weapons, etc. etc.), as well as to reduce the battle to chamber duels 5x5 maximum. Prohibit the same combinations of weapons to avoid situations of 5GA VS 5LS (battle of infinity).

an open world for farmers and crafters, that’s a fact. For pvp, you need a specially designated place. Rating system, etc.

Now pvp in the open world are zerg clans of 10 people who are looking for singles, players of higher level who over and over again kill players of a small level for a pleasure of self-satisfaction and just annoying types that will inflict on you when you fight with an elite mob. And glad of what? glrsti of faction tokens and low gs gray staff? or still glad to have fun? but what kind of fun can we talk about when it comes to zerg and loners … Again, it’s pointless. Well-made arenas will solve all the questions - both what is glad about going to pvp, and what it will bring you in case of victory.

I really think regardless of someone likes to join in the PvP activities or not… The major issue here is people don’t like having options with real consequences to their decisions. They wanna be told what choice to make.

So questions like do I farm in PvP mode or do I just wear luck gear or do I do both or neither is too much for their mind to handle cause there is no wrong choice

The game is already littered with win more mechanics and they are just adding another one. Largest faction that zergs over everything gets the biggest benefits.

Most people devoted to PvP haven’t gotten their gathering up high enough to actually harvest high tier nodes. This is, 100%, about tricking gathering characters into flagging so they can be PvP fodder.

They adding more PvP mission types

For instance, let’s the roll range on regular tree is 100,000 (because it is!), but somewhere above that range, say 105,000, is a chance to get a fish (trees don’t drop fish, this is just an example). When you chop down that tree with unmodified luck, you have a 0% chance to get a fish. But if your luck was modified by say, 10,000, your roll range increases from 0-100,000 to 10,000-110,000, which gives you a (roughly) 5% chance to get that fish when you chop down the tree. If you only increased your luck by 5000, you would have a 0.00001% chance at that fish…but that’s why our luck increases from things like food and equipment are pretty chunky so we avoid cases where your luck value is “stuck” in an unfortunate “ultra low odds of a thing” state.

30% gathering luck, that’s quite a lot

PvP player gets rewarded with more luck at the cost of one’s safety.

PvE player gets rewarded with safety at the cost of luck.

Do you even understand, how much one would lose in terms of time and materials when killed by enemy faction gatherer?

Every kill we give these people is another reason for them to stay in the game longer. Starve out these Open World PvP players. Never Flag.

This is usually the first thing someone says who doesn’t actually join the community and actually just makes their own company.

Make some friends and some pals you can have your own Zerg group. Am ish those big companies when you catch them out on their own.

If it makes you mad organize a group to stop them

Just accept pvp missions and it turns on without having a key to unflag.

Oh yeah, evening Zerg PvP in the mines of Myrkgard is just about putting up a flag! How much is decided by luck, not sisiness to the enemy

Yeah, I’m not going to do that, either.

This doesn’t make sense, i can still gather while flagged. If i get killed, i keep what i gathered.

Don’t flag and the game will be the same as it was for you yesterday. Or do flag risk the PvP and gain if you don’t get killed.

Things like this are no different then if someone who likes pvp some of the BIS items drop from PvE.

It’s stupid don’t so don’t.

I mean, if you do accidentally, you are stuck in pvp mode.

Once they’re onto you - you won’t gather much. But hey, you do you bro! I’m happy if you’re happy.
