30% haste permanent

Hey in the mids of the gold dupe crisis i have some good news, if you use the execute on the waraxe while having maxed out the left side of skill tree the 30% hast bost becomes permanent.

I have been able to recreate the exploit 3 times. The only thing that removes the buff is switching weapons.

For it to work the haste buff from blodlust has to be active. Then you just use execute and it has to kill the mob. And then you have a 30% permanet haste boost

So now when you have to farm 10x as much to compete with the gold dupers you can atleast be 30% more efficiant

In all honesty, all should run in these speed Or give us mounts. current run speeds are abysmal and no fun at all in this game, with quest ping pong over the zones.

Running on roads should grant a similar movement speed increase.
