One question none of the pve players answered me yet.
Is there any reason to farm flagged even if it has bonuses?
You will get annoyed and ganked by people that are not even farming, you will get your casts canceled and unflagged players nearby can just start gathering and you can’t stop them… etc etc etc…
Flagging and farming, even if it has bonuses, IS NOT EFFICIENT.
No - just No. 3-5 Outpost rush and i’m at max Azoth, 10% Azoth gain is pointless and doesn’t really encourage PvP (which is what the goal is)…
There currently isn’t much to do at end-game… Player created events will be the driving force of much of the end-game in the future imo. Here are my opinions:
PVE - Team of 5 players goes to farm. They farm. Complain on forum that the game is boring.
PVP - Team of 5 players goes to farm. While farming they meet another team of 5 players. Epic battle ensues. Posts video on forum of how great an adventure this was.
Ok it’s not always going to be sunshine and roses, but more people pvp flagged mean more open world player driven random events… this has kept games like EvE going for decades even without content being added (if you saw any of my other posts… yes I love EvE… best PvP model ever)
well i would cry - as a pve player - about the 30% luck, because that is insane - I really don´t care that much about 10% luck & 30% gathering - this does not really matter to me.
This said, if they would bring 30% luck to “enabled flag” players, I really fear the shitshow going on. Yes, there might be epic 5 v 5 battles in the open world, but way more often there would be 5 v 1 “let us just destroy this looting looser” rowdies hunting you down …
Yes, doesn´t matter, you don´t lose anything but time (and damaged items …).
So again, for me this change is okay, I don´t really care about it.
And yes, there will always be whining about “why them and not me” changes
