This goes to show that they are listening to us, and they are going to try to start communicating with us more. I know there are issues, and massive problems. But in the end things will get sorted out. So thank you to the employees putting up with us, (me included). It definitely shows

I’ll echo Orrzy’s post and say thank you upfront for any help.

At this stage I think we all know you have an up-hill battle trying to manage this understanding and chill community; but keep your chins up when wading through the quality, constructive posts.

My one ask would be to just keep us informed of what’s going on. Timelines are tough to give because things can snowball, unforeseen things happen, etc; I get it. But regular updates, even if its bad news, still keeps the community in the loop.

There are still some of us that want this game to succeed and will keep playing.

Maybe I’m misinterpreting the role, but it seems to me that Leader doesn’t equate to AGS employee. They’ve just got a bunch of people from the community to help them with moderating away the unsavory posts, and/or squelching threads that paint the product in a bad light. GG, AGS.

If you look at the accounts, they are all fairly new, with low activity. So I thought they same as you at first but then saw that.

Lol no thanks, I would like to stay far away from that. I’m just trying to shed some positive light in a dark room. Everyone needs some cheer.

If I worked for AGS I would stay away from these forums. There is a lot of constructive feedback in here, but it’s buried underneath masses of pointless ranting. I would be asking the community managers to filter and collate the constructive stuff, because the dross would just be too demoralising to wade through.

Agreed, but they should at least be looking around. But not posting. Which is what they are mostly doing I think.

I commend you on that. It’s sorely needed, I just can’t get myself there.

Every day I am so disappointed that I’m so disappointed, I’m finding it hard to see the light. Maybe these bans being reported are actually that, and let’s hope they cover the whole gamut of offenses.

That could change my mind.

I hope so too! We will see, but I still hold faith. Amazon has too much tech to not be able to combat some of the things happening. Especially the A.I, machine learning, etc.
