3/2 Characters in one region (counting PTR char)

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: It shows that i have 3 out of 2 characters in one region. It is counting the PTR character in this.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: No idea

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Depends if it’s intended or not.

This definitely seems like a bug rather than intended.

Upvoted, can’t do a region transfer to US East, because of this exact reason.
