Its alright, people that switched to the bow that cant use it right will switch off it and the real bow players will keep using the bow. Only the meta players are crying about bugs being fixed that they claim to “ruin/nerf” weapons when really they are fixing a bug.

you still have an instant cast of skills
while the musket is standing in 1 place for a couple of seconds
it is a recharge after every shot
and light attacks from a bow are still twice as fast as musket shots with the same damage

uhhh what?! You really think a bow shot is faster than a musket shot? Dont think so, if that was the case i wouldnt have to lead shots with the bow. When a musket can point, click from any range.

play on bow-dumb spam lkm with light attacks, at medium distance
musket-miss 2 second cooldown, use the skill again 3 second cooldown
the cost of a mistake with a musket is much higher than that of a bow, hence the ballistic
although the heavy attacks of the bow do more damage than the musket

And no, I do not always JUMP shot, but in certain scenarios, that’s the only thing that leverages you and gives you the same amount of dps as any other ranged.

This. The goofy jump bug was just a crutch. Been using bow since A1 and it’s been up and down with balances/nerfs. It’s still my favorite weapon.

I want bow to do the most dps, from an infinite range, have all the amazing perks, cost no resource and be able to kill in melee range too.
Like, how many of it’s downsides do you want buffed? It has amazing kitability and range damage, great aoe damage, some nice 1v1 perks if you go that route, idk what more they can give bow without making it broken.

Agreed strongly. Devs are retards and the only people who are disagreeing are people who couldn’t beat people using the most underpowered weapon in the game because their trash. Bow has the slowest fire rate in the game outside of the musket but the musket doesn’t count because all anyone does with it is camp mountains. Every single player in the game admits the bow requires the most skill by a significant amount, the only reason that can be is because it’s the most underpowered weapon
Maybe base line skill but most weapons have more complexity then people give them credit for.
