For days no one helped and the problem was not solved. My 40k gold was lost and my time and effort was wasted. I’m not saying anything more, it’s a shame!!!
We received an update from the team investigating your concern. They confirmed that they could not find any history of you losing 40k gold during the timeframe you gave us.
It was also mentioned that they also checked a little further past the timeframe just to make sure but still no instance of 40k gold being lost was found.
I would suggest you to please check the information you provided to us, and let us know if there’s anything else we should look into.
Even though I didn’t buy anything, my 40k gold suddenly disappeared. I showed you this with a screenshot and date. No solution for 2 weeks. I don’t want any help from now on. I learned how insensitive the technical team is. Thanks.
