Defender’s resolve is without a doubt a perk with a lot of potential. however 45 s of CD for a skill that lasts 8 seconds and can be removed by the enemy, leaves it in a bad situation.
I believe that two measures could be taken to improve the balance of the skill. Increase the duration, decrease the cd, but still allow the buff to be removed by the enemy.
I think a ratio of 50% of duration in relation to the CD is interesting, for example 30s of CD for 15s of duration. Or any other values in this proportion.
