What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Picture 1: stand next to the Storage, try to add a gem into a socket. It won’t allow it.
Take the Item off, it will end in any category of Items, whichever is currently the top right category, on the first position.
Picture 2: Go to a Trading Post, some Items are displayed this way.
MY guess these are items added before the Trade Post was Re-enabled.
Picture 3: I hear this Bug was Reported back in Beta.

Cutlass Keys ---- “Sea Dreams” - The Second half of the mission where you are SENT, is missing it’s pop up notification.
Brightwood ---- “Sweet Secrets” - You have to go harvest a Tree to gain a Sapple. Currently you don’t get any Sapple if you harvest that tree
