agree…In my company when we have a incident that don’t have an ETA we say that an update will be given the next hour even if no real progress on the resolution is made…
Saying no ETA and leave it like that is a a lack of communication…it’s called silence…it usually was you do when you don’t have any f**king idea on how to solve a problem.
