%50 elemental gem is not enough to leave meta builds

I think T5 elemental gems should turn the %60 or 65 dmg into elemental dmg. %50 is not enough to make a unique builds. For example i am willing to try IG/GA but its not good choice right now.

I think we can see some different playstyles and pretty unique builds if we buff the elemental gems.
