Describe the issue you are experiencing: AGS… like come on. The game says it will craft me a 595-600 great axe. But I somehow get a 590-600 crafting range? As a result, I get a bunch of low gear score axes that will not be sellable at all on this competitive server. I was going for legendaries, but this drastically lowered my chances. I have max tier food, 200 weaponsmithing (aptitude level 4), all my weaponsmith armor and jewelry, town buff for 20 hours (as seen in screenshot), max tier materials, all major armoring trophies, all taxes paid (as seen in video).
Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Bad. A huge loss. 10 great axes in the dumpster. Everything is expensive on Orun. I spent 100K+, and now it will take me days to get gold + materials to recover from this incident. What if I was crafting for my friend? Or what if another player encounters the bug? It’s just deceiving and will negatively impact the New World gaming experience.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, big sad . Honestly I kind of blame myself for not noticing the bug on the first roll. Nonetheless, the game is at fault.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I don’t know… Please just give me an explanation. I already know you guys won’t compensate me in game… So I just want an explanation thanks
So yes, I encountered that issue before as well. Where I had all my major armoring trophies placed. And the gear score range would be 580-600. I couldn’t figure out why the range was so low even though I had everything I needed. But after I replaced the trophies, it went back to 595-600. That is another bug in itself. That AGS needs to address.
However this bug, it CLEARLY says 595-600, and gives me a 590 great axe? Like what? I don’t even want to replace the trophies and test it out, I’m afraid it will just give me another bad roll. 10k per roll is a lot!

You’re unlikely to get any compensation, they don’t refund for bug fixes that only impact occasional people.
E.g. not compensating repair parts for weapons that had wrong durability in stats, not compensating for the faction swap bug, so far no word on fishing aptitude chests etc
What type of explanation do you think they will give you? It will probably be a minor patch note in 2 years time “fixed a major trophy issue” and that’s all you will get
no its not thropy bug, is forge bug i got both jewellery and armorer crafting with light armor jewellery is going to be alright no bug, but i had bug on heavy craft, actualy i made 10 ring craft for mate, and its was alright, after that made 6 heavy armor craft with was broken, and another 3,3 ring craft which was alright in same time, without log off in few minutes difference the worst thing its was not craft for me, and the cost was around 100k~
