Lots of stuff need to be fixed, The devs need to be a little more honest with the community. and please for the love of god get an anti-cheat such as (Battle eye) or others to prevent these resource hog bots from existing.

Hours played has got nothing to do with the thread. You could’ve played for 2 hours and get mass reported.
If its not a autoban then there is some serious issues within the moderation team that needs to be looked at. I have no issue with AGS looking at my logs of what i have typed cause i know for a fact i’ve never breaked any rules. I havent even participated in any banther between companies. I’ve stayed friendly or respectful to everyone. The only time i said something that could be reffered as “impolite” or “annoying” was when a guy spammed help chat about his bugged ice gauntlet where i told him to talk with the support instead 
Yeah, pretty ridiculous the amount of crybabies in this server. Along with buffing GAxe because left click spammers crying. Nerfing mages and healers because the play style/character type is “unfair” to them even though they require much more skill.
On-topic though, why put a language filter in the game if people are going to report people for dumb stuff like even cussing could be considered “abusive” so WHY have a language filter and then ban people when they the language filter is turned off and they report a cuss word they don’t like. -eyeroll- they’re just mad they’re bad.

so you mean streamers getting banned doing nothing were the viewers is mass reporting them for fun, is a legit ban from moderators? or is it auto ban? plz provide something then only words if you are sure that you are correct. =)
How can you be so sure, pal. You have no idea what happens behind the scenes nor if there is a set numbers of reports within a certain timeframe that triggers an autoban. Being so convinced about this no being true, without actually taking a look, yourself, at how things work behind scenes is just not only naive but laughable. At the moment, the evidence points, heavily, towards a system that bans people automatically under certain circumstances.
I agree with what you are saying but if they assigned a person to review, and indeed found said violation, then they should tell the offender what they did so that they don’t do it again. A BS letter that says, “because I said so” is hardly fair.

i know for certain there are automated bans in this game, a major purple company that will go unnamed to avoid drama on my server was accused of reporting war leaders from opposing factions before warring with them. This is common knowledge on my server, most green faction jokes about it all the time in chat a running gag if you would. I got a PM from one of their players who was listening in on our faction chat upset about my statements so i told them if they aren’t doing that they should really clear the air because even the top pvp guilds on our side of the server are saying it.
They claimed people were upset they lost and were making excuses to which i said great i’m glad to hear you say that right after losing territory good to know you aren’t using exploits. then he made some excuse about it being a trial team and that they didn’t lose it was an intentional throw and i ignored them.
A few hours later my faction / global chat gets shut off which is the exact same first sign symptom of when i got my first 24 hour ban. so yes be careful what you say people are petty and putrid and if they don’t like you they will exploit the report system to get your account removed.
doesn’t matter if you are a paying customer amazon games doesn’t care, jeff bezos got your money and that seems to be well enough out of this what’s looking more and more to be a pump and dump business venture for him.

100% agree with this. If you are banning someone let them know why so that behavior doesnt happen again. If someone who is clueless about why they were banned how are they suppost to improve?

Yes, or at least not auto-ban, and say it is being manually checked (or seriously talk to those who manually “check” and just click on ban, without looking into it).

100% this they said it’s some stupid company policy so they don’t have to tell you what was said which means you have no chance of ever actually appealing a ban because you can never know what you are being accused of. this is classic conditioning 101. they are using video games to get people used to what will become the legal system in a decade or so.

For everyone ofc they have auto-ban system, how do u think they got rid of most of the Coin sellers. Always going to be there becuase of that. They are just saying that it dosent exist becuase they dont want people to abusing it like they are xD

no that’s shifting goal posts, i’ve been hearing the argument made directly that the auto ban system doesn’t exist.
They don’t allow violence based on race, but here we are slaughtering ancients all over the game world because they are ancients and hostile to us.
We are also slaughtering others during PVP, and try our best to massacre the enemy for territorial gains and control.
They really have to get of their high horse and come down to the reality they created.
Almost all games have them, but ofc they dont want ¨Idiot to people¨ to use that system becuase its not made for that
