What Else have you expect from PvPers?
Not that there aren’t honest PvPers, but they’re scarce like roleplayers within the pve players.

Why does AGS not reveal logs or detailed/specific information on what warranted the penalty?
It’s an honest question, by the way, since I truly have no idea and it seems would stop so many complains about “unrightful penalties”.
I saw people post-war on my server last night talking about reporting people in global chat.
The new strategy is to false-flag report people whenever they lose a war.
Literal sore losers.
That sucks man, I bet if you post this story everyday you will eventually get a 30% reduction in your ban time
Your fault is to react and feed the Trolls.
People who like trashtalk and banter offen dont get that everyone has a personal limit of what He can accept and get its fun.
This is emotional and emotions aren’t controllable nor are they rateable.
Therefore you have maybe learned a lesson.

For a PvPer i can tell it another way.
I dont like poeple talking too much, they dont fight when the talk.
Kill them while they type.
I have all Chat Off.
Ocassionally i read Faction Chat.
If i group im reading gruop or army chat.
If i turn on global i quit after 5 Minutes max.
Faction chat is Sometimes OK, but also sometimes full of people i can only laugh or facepalm about.
That’s for all bans. Been dealing with the bs of a ban and still don’t even know why. Just keep getting the same generic letter that based on redit forums EVERYONE gets. They say its not automated and that humans actually look at the stuff, but the amount of generic letters that everyone gets the same one and no one has a clue as to the actual reasons of the bans tells me that it is infact automated.
After 24 hrs and over 10 of those automated letters I finally get an email that actually has a ticket number. That should have been the first email I got. I should have never recieved any of the other emails if infact the process is done by a human.
AGS is costing Amazon money because of this.
As soon as I got mass reported and banned for 24h I cancelled my Prime subscription and stopped ordering at Amazon. I also stated this in the appeal.
Chat bans? Fine… But this crap where someone who doesn’t know the context gives game bans is just easily exploitable.
Ask for escalation of the appeals, tell them you’ll stop being a customer.

The fact that the CM’s and Dev’s are remaining quiet on the topic verifies to me it’s either a automated system or they truly just don’t care. leaning more towards the later.
Yeah, posted multiple times by an illiterate nobody. Very trustworthy.
A perfect example of why I have disabled in-game chat and VoIP. I would get sick to my stomach if my 700hr account was banned for something I never did.

@Community-Team Still waiting why you make claims on other post that the system isn’t automated, if the system isn’t then you guys are doing some shady stuff that effects the community.

Players reports shall not be acted upon automatically by the system.
They say that its not automatic. It 100% is
