will it has been 8 hours and am still in the queue in Hellheim. i thought the closed beta queue was bad but little did I know
amazon you need to increase the players cap.

Why the hell need Amazon 100% of my GPU power for several hours in a quere only to tell me on a static screen that i am no 6725 in a quere? If the same programmes are responsible for the quere,… no wonder.

Either ask for a refund or sit and wait.
Asking for a refund they’ll just tell you that it cant be done because you have played for over 2 hours

it’s not that I don’t like the game. but they managed the launch so poorly.

just to understand. we are at level one and some server is with almost 0 queue. is so difficult to choose another one less populated (fiends and guilds too)?
yes it is launch and queue time are expected. but not 8 hours of queue
I hate that as well, I can’t play other games while I wait outside of something really old that uses no resources. I’ve ran out of chores to do today while I wait as well so I guess I’ll go do some excercise and stuff l was gonna do later.
Regardless, doesn’t look likely that I’m getting on any time soon even if I leave the queue sitting there.
On this page (https://newworldstatus.com/?) you can see the server status and how many people are on a server and how many are in the queue.
The funny thing is that the player limit per server is only 2000 players, which is definitely too few and should be increased.
Due open Beta there was a lot of login issues - nothing is fixed before rolling out. Ladies and Gentlemans, this quality of release will lead to refund claims. It’s not a free game. My statistics 5 hours login → 1 Hour play → Kicked from server → 2.5 hours after it. I have to mention brillant design of server implementation. Sorry for being bitter, but it’s really poor design.
