all dupes should be removed…
all resources from salvaging dupes should be removed
all coin for selling dupes removed
all coin for buying a dupe should be returned (if it wasn’t earned via exploits of course)

Dude, the literal next sentence in their dev post says why only 98%:
The small amount of duped items that remain were a result of players who stumbled upon the duping issue but did not take exploitive action, and will not be banned.

they don’t need to be banned if it happened innocently and was a one off… but the dupe should still be removed
