Nothing at all with it being an easy combo to play. I’m just getting tired of the complaints when they start to increase the need for skill and lessen the effectiveness of the the easy button. It’s a super fun combo to play. And before people get bent (almost an immediate reaction here), when I say “ape”, I’m in no way referring to the intelligence of the user…it’s just what my friends and I call “bruisers”. It’s meant more of a jab…not an insult.

Sure but you can increase the skill cap needed without decrease the efficiency, here they just decrease the efficiency. You will see what people will run on OPR after this patch, hope you like fight range.

Lol you’re literally on every thread I’ve read lately bashing great axe. What did ga do to you or your family? What weapons do you main? I’m sns spear myself. Not hating on you I just find it funny you’re everywhere on here hating ga lol.
I’m literally a VG/IG mage and I think it’s infinitely harder to play melee. The amount of kiting permitted by this game makes melee incredibly difficult vs competent players.

Hatchet, sword and board, and spear are all capable melee weapons in pvp. Yes they require a bit more skill to use effectively compared to great axe. Though the numbers aren’t as big, the attacks are faster and so damage should be comparable if less bursty. That being said, melee is still very much viable imo. Hopefully we’ll just see more variety other than great axe/hammer.
I play GA often, you can play a weapon and still agree with it being balanced you know. I haven’t been hating on GA lol…
I just pointed out rather then cry about the nerf why not adapt… that’s my plan. I’m not even going to worry about it til it hits live. Then I will test it and decide if I want to continue using the ability or perhaps try out another ability.
Void Gauntlet is not a “caster” weapon. It is an AGS abomination that does everything from buff/debuff, anti-heal, CC to uber DPS. So call it for what it is, AGS OP abomination.
LS and rapier can’t kill shit unless you max Dex, which will then make your heals be garbage. So stop with this nonsense that everyone is a healer. Healers are not the one’s killing everyone, it is VG and ranged.

I agree with you on adaptation in pvp. The thing is theres so little a melee a can do against a la range who wants to dip out. I do what I can and I enjoy opr and open world pvp. That said I understand this game has miles to go as far as balance goes. Anyway buff sns!

I used reap, mal and charge before when I used ga, I found it pretty good. Just hate to see weapons that keep getting nerfed. I think they all need buffs not nerfs.
