It seems to a be large issue where a multitude of people are being globally muted (ie, global chat, faction, recruitment etc) and complaining that it was unwarranted, with probably a few that did deserve it. Apparently, it’s such a big issue on server Ohonoo, that a large amount of people gather on a Discord channel so that they can freely converse. Is this an issue on any other server, or is there just a ton of Karens on Ohonoo? Hopefully the former…
I’m unclear about this post. If the people muting you don’t want to talk to you what exactly is the issue?
And if they have muted you, then why have you moved to Discord? All those people offended by whatever silliness you’re up to can’t hear you anymore.
So you don’t need a separate place to speak freely. You’ve already got it and it’s been created by the people who muted you.
I tend to block gold sellers and mute global as a whole due to how annoying the chat is. Its like a realtime version of this forum.
I am not worried about an individual mute where the person can no longer view my posts, I am talking about I am unable to say anything in Global, Faction, Recruitment, etc. The last thing I typed in chat two days ago was the letter “a” to see if I was unmuted for previously being muted for typing in Recruitment advertising for a Company. Well, I was able to send the letter “a” in Global chat and then 15 minutes pass by and I check again to see if I am unmuted and of course I was muted again in all chat channels.
Are you saying you are being muted by the game overseers or players? That may explain my confusion.

Are you sure they are being muted and it’s not just chat bugs? I’ve run into the chat not showing up unless I press Enter all the time now. Also chat is usually extremely delayed so it can seem like you aren’t chatting because it wont show up for awhile. Are these players getting a message they have been muted?

Since I don’t know what was said or the context I can’t really say much. What I can say is if large groups of people are being muted in chat, then it probably does warrant looking into it.
Now that you’ve explained a bit I may have been muted myself. I thought it was a bug, but I suddenly couldn’t communicate on a couple of channels.
I thought there was a community vote thing where other players could recommend for you to be put in mute jail. Is that really a thing?
There is a chat bug with Outpost Rush at where you need to relog to be able to use Global Chat.
It happened to me several times.

That is something I would like to know as well. If there isn’t a message there really needs to be. I mentioned in an earlier response that hearing this complaint I might have been muted as well. But perhaps it was just chat lag. All I know is that I logged out for a short time and when I came back it worked.
It sounds like these folks aren’t able to chat at all.
Not entirely sure if it’s a bug or not. What I do know is that the issue usually last 24 hours. We do not receive any error or warning messages, but I can only speak for myself and three other players on the error or warning message.
Now that is a horrible vision to have in my head 
I know my game bugs alot and I cant talk in global. Maybe it’s that
