First of all, excuse the text, English is not my main language.
We all know that PvP has a great problems in the open world, but there are small details that with an easy solution would help us.
The first of all is the theme of partying.
If you go with PvP activated you can’t do anything, you can’t enter dungeon group finder because the people who create them are in PVE.
You cannot invite friends at all if they are in PVE. Having to go to a shrine to disable it is tedious and takes the player away from activated PvP.
Let us search for a group in dungeons if we are in PvP, we just have to automatically disable it inside the dungeons.
Let us group with friends in PVE, just disable their heals to players who are in PvP in the party at open world. Sometimes they are harvesting and I am looking for open world PvP and I can’t invite them to party to go to BG, Dungeon or arenas, I have to go disable it first.
Not only is open world PvP not encouraged anymore, now it seems that you want to keep it away from the players.
Tha main reason i don’t do PVP while farming, it’s because if i find a group to make an M10 I need to teleport back to the city to turn it off. It’s an issue
That’s fair, although having to go to a location to enter an instance is different than a requirement to flag. Given that I’ve seen a lot of players dance back and forth around sanctuary zones in order to avoid being attacked, I don’t think this mechanic merits change.
If they did change it, I’d imagine that it would need to be something more along the lines of a five or ten minute cooldown between state changes, in order to keep people from abusing their flag status in order to stay alive. Honestly, I think they should implement that anyways. If someone flags, they shouldn’t be able to unflag for at least five minutes.
