Able to sell the same thing more than once in auction house

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I went to sell my excess Fine Sandpaper on the Auction House in Mourningdale to buy orders for it and when I sold it, I noticed that my gold went up but my inventory didn’t seem to go down. I tried it again and found I was able to sell it a second time and I still have the items.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I was able to sell my Fine Sandpaper twice for 19 gold each and I still have the Fine Sandpaper in my inventory

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go to the auction house and sell something to a buy order and watch your gold and inventory.

Sometimes it pulls from your storage shed first, can you check that this isn’t the case for you?

To further elaborate on my comment above. The trading post will always sell from the storage shed in the town you are selling to when you dont have the items in your inventory.

If you are completing a buy order in Windsward for example it will check the Windsward storage shed and complete the order from what is there. If you don’t have enough items in that storage shed you will get an error.

I was in Mourningdale and I only had the 256 on me and none in settlement storage, so I could tell that I was getting the money for the sale but not losing the 256 Fine Sandpaper from my inventory.
