I accidentally salvaged a piece of high levelfaction gear which I grinded several hrs for… is it possible to get any of the tokens back? I know it’s my fault, and there’s a lock option but of course it’s still extremely disheartening to lose a piece of gear you worked towards just like that

Hope you’re having fun in Aeternum and to answer your question, items that were salvaged can’t be recovered at this time but the option to prevent this indeed would be to lock the items

Im okay not getting the item, but can I have the tokens back? Even a partial refund would be better than nothing
It would be the same, I am sorry about this because I do understand the grind that is behind some of the items but it is not possible to do much once an item is salvaged 
What about an option when you buy the WRONG item by accident to be able to return it and get reimbursed. Like 30 mins after you buy it unless you equip it or gem it you can return it for the same price.
