Hello. I recently got my account banned for 2 days for cheating. As it was, I work at home and I have 2 computers so as not to waste time, I launched the game on the 2nd computer for gathering wood. this is a good spot and a lot of people and bots run through there (who have been running there for 1 month and have not received an account blocking), these people did not like that I collect everything and they sent me a complaint. your system works so that if a person receives a complaint several times, then an auto block is triggered. in 6-7 hours, I received an account block for 2 days, after which I appealed it to support, but they told me that I used some kind of secret program, which of course they didn’t tell me. I was just slandered and closed the topic. I couldn’t play all weekend thanks to the game system! I have a question. How can I do so that I would not get a lock again? I just work at home and I want to play this game all the time but it’s not always possible to do it actively sometimes I want to stand and come up from time to time to do the gathering of resources. what to do?
Easy fix. Don’t use bot script for harvesting. JK yea the multi report thing people do is super lame. It’s like if someone just bothers someone by being good they could be banned at any moment.
I am not using any program. I just take a break from work every 10-15 minutes to do some resource gathering.It just turns out that if I do not use any program and do not play actively, I can still get my account blocked as a bot. And they also say that you can appeal this, but for any methods and screenshots that I sent them, they answered me that I use the program. but I 100% use nothing they just made up a reason to justify a bad system of blocking accounts who use prohibited programs or game bugs
