Account falsely banned and unable to appeal after "review"

Its been 4 weeks attempting to fight to get my account back sending tickets, and calling support to get transferred to the amazon games department, as well as using the bot feature on amazon.com. After a couple weeks I finally got connected to someone through the text online support who was extremely helpful and informed me of what my ban was about, and showed me that the ticket reply was send to Amazon Messaging center instead of my email inbox. here are the contents of the email

We take instances of Gold selling seriously as it is harmful to the community and violates the following section of our Code of Conduct (https://www.amazon.com/help/ags/coc):

This gives me no information to make an appeal based off of, could you provide me more information on the reports and what flagged me for “disruptive behavior” ?

Problem is I’ve never sold gold for real world money, and my only guess on why Walter S can be so confident that I sold gold as to blacklist my email would be because of a gold doubling joke, making fun of someone claiming to turn 100 into 200 gold. I said “I could double way more than that” yep thats 100% evidence I’m exchanging gold for real world money and worth a perma.
It would make very little sense to level to 60 on an account just to sell gold. Other people on the server have been banned from pvp interactions with 100 Deep (a purple company on the server known to mass report), so assuming the large amount of reports coupled with a gold remark is the reason I’m still banned today.

Hoping I can find someone to look into this so I can get back to playing.

Thanks for explain the issue and present all the steps you have follow and complete for this ban. I understand that the reason behind this “Permanent Ban” is a gold seller accusation, as we can see in the email. You explain that the only way your account, level 60, have a proper “Gold Seller” report could by for a joke on the chat, and of course you will no bet the welfare of your account for such actions.

In this case, because appeals are only handle by the Special Team once you fill the proper ticket, i will request to proceed one more time with it. Of course in this case add an the explanation in your appeal about this post, that it was reviewed by an AGS staff member and explain your situation, the joke about the money, requesting an deep investigation on your chat logs.

I understand you have complete multiple ticket appealing, but that the only way to approach a permanent ban.
