Account Hacked - My last resort

  1. Hello new world forums,

48hrs ago my steam account got hacked it’s been a devastating 2 days watching this hacker have full access to both new world and lost ark. Watching from the sidelines while I wait for steam support to help me recover it.

Today I finally got full access to my account again and I was hoping to be able to dive back into my favorite mmo’s. Issue is that the hacker logged in to my new world account sold all my items/houses/trophies that I accumulated over 1000hrs of playing and transferred me from “Barri” to a different region US East “Frislandia”.

So now my new world account is stuck on the opposite side of the world while my entire company that I was active in, my brother, my friends and all that I’ve built on Barri is left behind. I don’t care about all the items I lost my friends will give me a helping hand to get back into the grind.

Issue is that I contacted amazonsupport through the live chat and after telling my story I get hit with that there’s nothing they can do and they don’t have the tools to transfer me back into Barri because it’s way too full.

So this is my last resort/cry for help to hopefully get recognized by someone with the appropriate tools to bring my character back to Barri so I could play with my friends and have a good gaming experience.

I do apologies for such a horrible experience and all the lost items and friend for the server transfer.

Unfortunately here in the forums no mod or live chat representatives are able to help you directly on this situation.

The best option here is to escalate your case using the web ticket and request an investigation on your account. For this I will request you to be patience and explain everything concise and in high detail, provide every picture or document available as evidence (emails form the Steam support, picture of your previous character, picture of your previous guild provide by a current member of it) and refer this post for more visibility.
