I am so sorry to hear that, don’t worry though, if you contacted steam support about your steam account getting hacked and they are already investigating the situation that is awesome.
If your character was deleted, there is a way to get it back!

From what i understand the character has been transferred to another server - Will you be able to transfer it back and also. if they have transferred my inventory will i be able to get it back?

I now have my account back, i have logged in and all my high tier crafting materials have been taken and over 90’000.00 gold - they have also used my free transfer token to move me to Bengodi. please can the be restored
I’m sure they can track what was traded and taken, so hopefully they will ban the account it was traded to
P.s hope they resolve this issue! I had my runescape account hacked as a child so I know how bad this feels

The security of your account is your responsibility and no one else’s, if you have been hacked contact steam, but the fault is yours and no one else’s.
Its terrible how ive been treated by the customer service and the lies they have told to me. there is nothing stopping them issuing a transfer token to at least allow me to continue playing with my friends, The support for this game is disgusting
I am still waiting for a reply from you, is this how you deal with issues ??? you just ignore them and hope they go away. this game has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with

Related with your case, as you already received an answer from the devs, there’s nothing more we can do, I understand your frustration but even if the CS agent told you that it may be possible to recover your character and its items, is just a possibility, the final word is from the devs and they already sent you their answer.
But if you want, you can try again contacting the live support: Contact Us | Amazon Games , they will escalate your case again.
Also you can check in the Amazon Games Terms of Use that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all actions that occur under your account (Amazon Games Terms of Use - Amazon Customer Service).
I’m sorry if this wasn’t the answer you where looking you, but as I mention before, who make the final decision here are the devs.
