I have simply question, my account was stolen and character was transferred to some dead server, I already asked for help on polish support at newworld.com, im waiting 10 days, and nothing happened , im not demanding any rollback, or giving my items back, i just have simply question, is it possible to give me or even sell transfer coin ? you turned off character transfers

we are terribly sorry to know about the issue that you are facing but we can’t issue new transfer tokens at this time and the option to use the token is not available yet.
