- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I claeared Starstone Barrows and got the achievement to give the title reward for “Ancients’ Bane” but my expedition bosses still says 1/6 even though I have 2 of the 6 (Amrine and Starstone). The title is inaccessible for Starstone and it’s not even an option to select it to wear.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: The game gave me a fatal error crash upon using the exit to the dungeon, that’s the only thing I can think of that caused it.
I been having the opposite problem, every time I log in I have tons of achievements unlocked I never unlocked
The patch seems to have resolved this issue.
=> Correction: At most it’s partially resolved. For me Hamlets Discovered Shows 9/17 when it should be 10/17.
Other categories seem to align though.
The patch didn’t change anything for me in regard of the achievements. I still have to relog a few time each day to avoid the 88 bug to get steam achievements.
In Monarchs Bluff one questachievement ist still 3/4 even though I did all quests there.
And the worst one for me is also still there: I bought a house and the ingame achievement is green but I didn’t get the ingame titel and most notably I didn’t get the corresponding steam achievement.

the issue described here is another bug though.
I) The first issue you describe is the Achievement initialized bug.
II) Monarch’s Bluff is entirely self contained and a unique case (the achievement doesn’t complete).
III) The last point is the random achievement unlock issue, which blocks progression in a different way.
The issue at hand here is, that completed achievement do not count against the total (See initial screenshot). All should be fixed - but all seperate bugs.
I think they all correlate with each other.
My housing achievement is only shown completed in the detailed part. In the list it is still 0/3 and that is why I don’t have the titel and the steam achievement. And this happend because I bought the house while the 88 bug was active.
Because of that I relog everyday until the 88 are gone before starting playing to avoid more of these hangups.

The “88” bug can’t be exclusively responsible though - some of the achievements I got while that was ongoing resolved normally.
I still can’t equip my Ancient’s Bane title, it’s treating it as if I never even got the achievement or cleared the dungeon.
That were probably achievements without titel and connection to steam, solely relying on ingame numbers which could be followed up the next time the window worked. But without official address I can’t be sure.
An other observation I came to know yesterday about the connection between ingame and steam is that for ingame achievements with a titel the steam achievements are tied to the titel and not the achievement itself. They do not pop before you claim the titel. So if you can’t claim the titel (like with my house) you are not getting the steam achievement.
I have since had new bugs related to area quest progression, which tracks numbers - so there are just bugs all over the achievement system.
I will stop playing until the issues are resolved or drop the game entirely - my ocd can’t handle this sadly.
Regarding your steam issue - that could be resolved with a steam achievement unlocker though. It’s not the cleanest solution but would atleast allow you to progress there normally.
Now I finally lost my last faith in the ingame achievement system. After the patch I have 50 new autocompleted ingame achievements like in the picture. My destinations are now 39/39 without ever going to some of the zones and now I can’t even see the count when doing them for real. I just hope there are no steam achievements blocked by this crap.
