This happens to me as well. A game restart sometimes fixes it. Looks like they want an official bug report for an existing bug that was supposed to be fixed.

I have the same thing, you didn’t fix this bug again, I don’t like relogin to the game 10 times to fix it, this bug is already half a year old.
There’s been another post about this and I believe a moderator has already reforwarded this issue, hopefully it gets fixed soon. This can happen after some gameplay time or even the moment you login, it honestly varies and also causes issues with titles
And when it does show achievements they’re wrong. Eg. I’ve done the main quest, so l beat Captain Thorpe in the Depths but my achievement says l yet have to kill him. Other example is l explored all regions, the achievements all say completed but overview shows 0…
