I. “Monarchs Edicts” in Monarch’s Bluff can’t be completed and is stuck at 4/5 [Territory Stories}
II. The Achievement for Killing Thorpe in the Depths does not trigger [4 Attempts / Full clears - other Achievements did trigger within the same run (like killing X Mobs)]
III. Some achievements are “unlocked” but not counted against the total. [E.g. I have 11 Achievements unlocked for “Hamlet and Outposts” but the counter shows 10/17]
=> Please note that this is not related to the “random achievement unlocked” bug that some people report, this only refers to actually unlocked achievements.

While these issues may seem minor to most, for people that like to hunt achievements and play for completion sake this takes the enjoyment out of the entire thing. Today is the first time that I feel like just not bothering with the game.
