Describe the issue you are experiencing: Started a new toon, and I’m having a hard time understanding how this is supposed to work with sharing your achievements across multiple toons. I have certain ones unlocked through their respective tiers, except for one, like 3/4 achievements for repairing x amount of items, but the the 75 tier one isn’t unlocked yet.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: First gotta login and make sure achievements are even displaying properly as that bug is still in the game, after that just gotta look through them and it persists.
